The best service department team
As I set out on trip to Tracy Mazda from Fresno,Ca (2hr drive). Looking for the one and only red Mazda 3 Touring. When I arrived at Tracy Mazda I was greeted by Heather Wellbaum who I contacted via their website. She was so friendly and inviting already had the keys ready to show me the car. After a nice long test drive which I appreciated which gave me time to actually drive the car. After that it was cake, car was in amazing condition I was in n out within 2 hours!! Heather Wellbaum was amazing and the best out there !!Carlos the manager was awesome as well for giving me a sweet deal!!! I couldn't pass up!!!! Thank you Heather Wellbaum for all your hard work I appreciate you so much and Tracy Mazda for this amazing experience will be back!!
We had car trouble late on a Saturday. Service Dept was closed but Sales staff went above and beyond to help us "out of towners." Thank you Tracy Mazda! That's why we are a 2-Mazda family!
Top notch staff. Our 2012 Mazda 3 broke down while driving trough Tracy, so we had it towed here. The service department was closed, but the staff that was there took care of us by diagnosing the problem and drove us to an auto part store to get us what we needed and got us back on the road. If I lived in the area, there is no question that I would come back here for any service needs or to purchase our next Mazda.
Let's face it. Buying a car sucks. You usually have to deal with slimy car salesmen who try to pressure you, lie to you, and trick you with numbers. I had been shopping around for a new car and once I decided on a Mazda, I called several dealerships to try to negotiate the best purchase price. Neither Concord, Fremont, or Dublin could match the deal that Joe offered me at Tracy Mazda. Joe was honest and upfront with pricing as well and offered me a price that was below the vehicle hold-back number. He treated me with respect on the phone and I made the decision to go over there and meet him in person, and I am glad that I did. Joe is a special kind of person. He is not your typical car salesman. He is very honest and transparent, plus knowledgeable about his products. He was able to answer every single question I had about the car and responded to texts and phone calls after my purchase in full detail and very promptly. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Mazda Mazda 3 from him and couldn't have been happier with my purchase. I think the dealership could definitely be more organized and staffed better. While I was waiting to complete my transaction, Joe had to do more tasks than he should have, fielding incoming calls and dealing with other transactions. Management should work to address this problem, as I wanted Joe with me every step of the way. Joe met me in person on the 4th of July up in San Ramon to give me my spare key since they didn't have it at the time of purchase. We spoke for over an hour about all kinds of topics, including home sales. I felt like he was a friend I had known for years. So if you're looking to purchase a new Mazda, I would strongly recommend you call Joe and insist on working with him. You won't regret it.

We can't say enough about the outstanding salespeople at Tracy Mazda. We just purchased our second Mazda last week and Heather Wellbaum was an outstanding Sales Associate, who truly cares about her customer. She never put any pressure on us to buy and she continually answered all of our questions without hesitation. After purchasing the car, Heather took the time to show us how all of the technology inside the car can be utilized. Joe Louie was also valuable, as he spent a considerable amount of time with us, on two separate occasions, answering our questions regarding buying a new car vs. leasing a new car.We purchased a Mazda from Nick Tan last Summer and he provided us with the same outstanding service as both Heather and Joe. We really appreciate the fact that they are patient and they never tried to pressure us into making a deal.We'll be back and we will send others!!
My daughter bought her first car at Tracy Mazda!! What an awesome experience!! Jim and Amir were absolutely welcoming! No pressure whatsoever! My daughter wanted to weigh in her options. So we checked in with another dealer. Jim said absolutely you gotta shop for what's a great fit for you. He never tried to sell Mock the other dealer. He simply just said I am here if you have any questions or concerns. He basically said I am working for you. All in all my daughter selected her 2016 Mazda 6. Great customer service! No bullshit Lol kept it like we are all family! We totally will come back for more purchases!
I bought my Mazda 3 about three years ago and I still love to drive that car. I bring it back to Tracy Mazda for service all of the time and they take care of everything and the price is right. Even the waiting room is nice to hang out in.
Worked with Heather W. over a period of 3 months for a new car. We will be turning in our lease at that point. We came in 3 times to square everything away. Every time we went in she was very willing to help! She did not treat us like just a number. She was attentive and always was smiling. If you are looking at a Mazda I would DEFINITELY recommend working with Heather!On the service end on our old car, Jesse T. was always amazing. Very friendly. Very easy to work with. Overall, this is a great store!!!
