Thank you to Josh who handles Finance. You got me in and out quickly with a cheerful attitude. Paperwork is tiresome when you’ve been there all day playing with numbers and making deals. Finally a big Thanks to Nick the manager for closing the deal with professionalism. When there was a problem with the loan, you made it right and I was able to take my car home that day and everything worked out in the end. I can't say enough good things about the team at Tracy Mazda. We were trading in our 2020 CX-9 and were already jaded by our previous buying experience at a different dealership which landed us with a lemon. We found a certified used 2023 CX-9 online that had everything we wanted, so we made the hour drive out to Tracy Mazda to take a look at it. Reshad, Josh, and Milton made it worth the trip. They were incredibly friendly and engaging, and transparent about all aspects of the purchase. We felt well taken care of, and drove away that day with a car that we couldn't be happier with. I feel very comfortable knowing I can return to this dealership with any issues, and even though we likely won't be going there for service since we live a ways away, we will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future Mazda purchases.

We bought a certified pre owned CX-9 from here before, with extended warranty, but that car turned out to be a lemon, with the Tracy Mazda service department at the time not making it any easier (car had rough idle, engine shaking with no fault codes, transmission felt like it wasnt shifting, loss of power, uneven turbo spool, etc). We also service my mother's Mazda 3 here, she's happy so far. I convinced my sister to buy a CX-5 NA, and I convinced myself to get a CX50 NA, we both like these compact SUVs, and hope the NA (naturally aspirated non-turbo) engines won't show any issues due to cylinder deactivation. Changed my rating in hopes these newer cars will be more reliable than the 2019 CX9 turbo we had previously owned, we like Mazda as a brand and their vehicle offerings. Fritz, the salesperson, no frills buying experience, and Josh the finance manager worked with us to get a very low interest rate. Very happy, great experience with the last purchase!

I have an old 1999 Mazda Miata that's getting harder to find parts, specifically gaskets. The gasket at the service department. I found Leila Gomez. To be knowledgeable of the car and parts. We recently purchased our vehicle from Tracy Mazda. The negotiation was done mostly via text with our salesman, Reshad, and it was easy to communicate with him. Once we agreed on a price, we drove 90 minutes to the dealership to complete the deal. Rashad was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process and made it easy. Even finance was quick and easy, which was appreciated since we had a 90 minutes drive back home. I found everyone that we interacted with to be genuinely friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the assistance from Fritz, one of the other sales staff, who was there to support Reshad while he tended to another customer. Overall, it was a low pressure, friendly purchase experience.

My visit was great to Tracy Mazda, I had never driven or even had gone to a Mazda dealership before until last week. At least at this Dealership the sales team, finance manager were great. I test drove a vehicle on Sunday. The salesperson Reshad was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles, Very helpful and seemed very sincere not pushy. He was able to answer all the questions we had. I’ve been on the hunt for a car and had been doing my research for a few months. I knew what I wanted and this location had it. I was first contacted my Ernie and he was very kind in setting up some for me to come in and in case I had any questions. I was already nervous coming in and not knowing what the outcome would be as I’ve had some unpleasant experiences at other dealership. I drove up from Sacramento and as soon as I arrived the car was ready up front. I was welcomed by Fritz and he was so welcoming, took a test drive and immediately loved the car. The vehicle price did reflect a different price than I had seen online and luckily they honored the lower price. Which I appreciated. I let them know what my terms were and Fitz and Josh were great in meeting my needs, they made the process quick, easy and comfortable. Everything went smooth! Ernie wasn’t there the day I went, but he checked in after my purchase. All the guys were so nice and answered all my questions/concerns. I’ve purchased many cars and this by far was the best experience I’ve had.

Shannon Karbowski is the absolute best and is the primary reason that I choose to have both my Mazda vehicles serviced at Tracy Mazda. She is always happy, friendly and a pleasure to chat with whenever I'm in the store. She always makes her recommendations for service based on what the vehicle actually needs and will work to stay within your budget. Additionally, in the rare instance that the work performed is not 100% as expected she will make sure it is made right. She truly cares that you're 100% satisfied with the services you've purchased 100% of the time. Additionally, Tracy Mazda has been extremely accommodating in providing loaner vehicles for services that take longer then a morning or an afternoon. Which is something that can become more common when you're driving 25K to 30K miles per year. This has allowed me to utilize Tracy Mazda for my vehicle service needs, even when my busy work/life has me commuting from Manteca to either Sunnyvale or Sacramento on a near daily basis. Had it not been for this accommodation, I'm not sure how I would find the time to have my vehicles serviced properly, as the reasons I'm on the road nearly every day are not optional. For these reasons, when it comes time to replace my current vehicles, Mazda and specifically Tracy Mazda will be place I look for my next vehicles.

Even finance was quick and easy, which was appreciated since we had a 90 minutes drive back home. I found everyone that we interacted with to be genuinely friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the assistance from Fritz, one of the other sales staff, who was there to support Reshad while he tended to another customer. Overall, it was a low pressure, friendly purchase experience.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. For starters, I checked out some vehicles at other local Mazda dealerships and was not pleased with the service. However, from the start to finish of the buying process with Tracy Mazda we had an amazing experience. We bought a CX-5 and a CX-50 yesterday. Great experience! The sales person, Reshad, who helped us was very helpful and friendly. He made the process easy and fun. The Sales Manager, Milton, also made us feel at home. Vasek, the General Manager, actually did the finance paperwork with us. Really appreciated his attention and friendly manner. People here were fantastic, especially Ernie who was the sales person dealing with the Costco Auto program. He showed me a great deal on a barely used 2024 Mazda CX5 and was not pushy at all with add-pms, accessories, etc. Very honest and helpful. Amazing customer service by Ernie - he even dropped off an accessory at my home an hour away!!

We are so happy with our purchase of our 2024 Mazda CX-90. For once the experience of purchasing a new car was just as enjoyable as driving the new car. Tracy Mazda treated us well with our recent CX-90 purchase. They are a small dealership that makes their customer feel right at home. They don’t require you to buy dealer add-ons you don't want (unlike some other Mazda dealers). Their prices are fair too. I highly recommend them.

My visit was great to Tracy Mazda, I had never driven or even had gone to a Mazda dealership before until last week. At least at this Dealership the sales team, finance manager were great. I test drove a vehicle on Sunday. The salesperson Reshad was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles, Very helpful and seemed very sincere not pushy. He was able to answer all the questions we had. We left the dealership and he gave us a website to where we could do our own research on the cars. Went back on Monday and purchased a vehicle. First Mazda ever! Who knew!

I’ve been on the hunt for a car and had been doing my research for a few months. I knew what I wanted and this location had it. I was first contacted my Ernie and he was very kind in setting up some for me to come in and in case I had any questions. I was already nervous coming in and not knowing what the outcome would be as I’ve had some unpleasant experiences at other dealership. I drove up from Sacramento and as soon as I arrived the car was ready up front. I was welcomed by Fritz and he was so welcoming, took a test drive and immediately loved the car. The vehicle price did reflect a different price than I had seen online and luckily they honored the lower price. Which I appreciated. I let them know what my terms were and Fitz and Josh were great in meeting my needs, they made the process quick, easy and comfortable. Everything went smooth! Ernie wasn’t there the day I went, but he checked in after my purchase. All the guys were so nice and answered all my questions/concerns. I’ve purchased many cars and this by far was the best experience I’ve had.

Shannon Karbowski is the absolute best and is the primary reason that I choose to have both my Mazda vehicles serviced at Tracy Mazda. She is always happy, friendly and a pleasure to chat with whenever I'm in the store. She always makes her recommendations for service based on what the vehicle actually needs and will work to stay within your budget. Additionally, in the rare instance that the work performed is not 100% as expected she will make sure it is made right. She truly cares that you're 100% satisfied with the services you've purchased 100% of the time. Additionally, Tracy Mazda has been extremely accommodating in providing loaner vehicles for services that take longer then a morning or an afternoon. Which is something that can become more common when you're driving 25K to 30K miles per year. This has allowed me to utilize Tracy Mazda for my vehicle service needs, even when my busy work/life has me commuting from Manteca to either Sunnyvale or Sacramento on a near daily basis. Had it not been for this accommodation, I'm not sure how I would find the time to have my vehicles serviced properly, as the reasons I'm on the road nearly every day are not optional. For these reasons, when it comes time to replace my current vehicles, Mazda and specifically Tracy Mazda will be place I look for my next vehicles.

Thank you to Josh who handles Finance. You got me in and out quickly with a cheerful attitude. Paperwork is tiresome when you’ve been there all day playing with numbers and making deals. Finally a big Thanks to Nick the manager for closing the deal with professionalism. When there was a problem with the loan, you made it right and I was able to take my car home that day and everything worked out in the end.
