Tracy Mazda COVID-19 Precautions

It’s important to stay safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. This is why our dealership is taking several precautions in order to keep both our customers and our employees safe. No matter if you’re in need of a new vehicle or your current vehicle is in need of a repair, our team can help while giving you peace of mind that we’re taking all the safety precautions we can. Steps We’re Taking to Keep Everyone Safe

The first step we’re taking is thoroughly sanitizing the dealership every night, giving special attention to high traffic areas such as door handles, counters, desks, seats, bathrooms, ink pens, and more. We’re also making sure each employee is healthy and symptom-free prior to each shift. In addition to a healthy staff and deep-cleaned dealership, we’re also completing the following steps:

  • All employees wearing PPE gloves and masks during customer interaction.
  • Sanitizing customers’ car key at drop off and pick up.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing loaner vehicles after each customer return.
  • Putting steering wheel, shift knob, and seat covers on customers’ vehicles in for service.
  • Sales department working by appointment only and doing as much of the purchase process as the customer is comfortable with remotely.
  • Offer optional sanitizing service for all customer cars at a discounted rate or included with some services.
  • Installed partitions at all employee/customer workstations.
  • Social distancing employees and customers.
  • Scheduling appointments in sales and service so that there is minimal customer interaction.
